The Lazy Man’s Dinner

So i found this special when looking for my school certificate and begged my mom to let us try it especially as we had most of the ingredients.I made it last night for supper and had to stop my mom from eating it all. So we could have some for lunch. It was that amazing. We changed the original recipe to suit us.I renamed it The Lazy Man’s Dinner because it was quick to make and is easy.

The original recipe 

Paleo Mustard Celery Ground Beef Recipe

Serves:1

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time:20 minutes

Ingredients

250g ground beef

2 to 3 celery sticks

8 to 10 cherry tomatoes, halved

2 teaspoon yellow mustard (condiment) 

3 cloves garlic, crushed

Salt to taste

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1 egg

Instructions

Melt the coconut oil in a large frying pan on medium heat and Cook the ground beef until all of it turn’s brown. Stir regularly to get it to Cook evenly and to break up any large chunks.

ADD the celery slices And cherry tomato halves and Cook for five minutes while stirring regularly.

Break an egg into the pan and stir to mix it into the  beef mixture add in the mustard and garlic and Cook until the piece’s of egg are done (not liquid anymore).

ADD salt to taste

This is not our recipe it is a recipe we found but I Dont remember where.

We added Creamed Spinach, Ginger, Cheese and Rice.

We were able to buy the Tub of Coconut oil at Fruit and Veg and it has lasted us a long time and was very cheap when we bought it. We also made use of Fruit and Vegs vegetable special.

I am sorry I Dont have a picture as Miss Bossy was hungry last night and attacked it before I could do anything.
